provide our customers, among other site
preparation services such with debris removal
prior to commencing with the final grading of
topsoil of those green areas planned for
landscaping. We then prepare the site for the
final irrigation, planting trees, and turf/sod
installation. Standard and special drainage
requirements are all addressed during this phase.
Quality irrigation design involves the
selection of the proper electronic controllers,
sprinkler heads/nozzles (spray, rotary, misting),
automatic valves, rain sensors and back flow
prevention devices designed for specific use on

the water districts and their inspectors through
the permitting, testing and approval processes to
insure an environmentally conscious solution for
each residence. We then spend instructional
time with the property owner and or maintenance
supervisor to learn the best ways to conserve
water and avoid unnecessary misuse, runoff and
