Here’s what we look for in garden center employees:
The ideal candidate has horticultural knowledge and experience, is highly customer-service oriented, is capable of physically-demanding outdoor work, is a team player who is willing to perform all aspects of the job and can accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Job requirements include:

-A smiling face and helpful attitude a must!
-Advising customers on proper plant care
-Excellent salesmanship
-Identify plants as well as problems such as diseases, weeds, and insect pests
-Previous retail nursery/garden center experience
-Weekend work mandatory
